Enduring spirit of Angkor Empire

As Alexandre Henri Mouhot, the Frenchman whose 19th-century ( 1860 ) rediscovery of Cambodia's Angkor temple complex sparked a romantic " See Angkor and die ". But I would like to change his words to “ Before you die you must see the ancient Cambodians carved the sandstone statue.” as seen in the attached.
